Johanson Technology has unveiled the 2450FB15L0001 matched balun filter.

This device was designed for Atmel Corporation's AT86RF23X range of wireless transceivers for IEEE 802.15.4, 6LoWPAN, Zigbee, RF4CE, SP100, Wirelesshart and other ISM applications at the 2.45GHZ band.

Insertion loss is 1.5dB (max) with 2nd and 3rd harmonic rejection of 20dB (min) and it is housed in a 6-pin 2mm x 1.25mm x 0.8mm casing.

Atmel said that this ceramic chip matched balun filter, when used in combination with one of its AT86RF23X chips, provides customers with a highly integrated solution that can lead to improved production yields due to elimination of the effects of variations in individual components and placement variations.
