The purchase of JTAG Technologies' boundary-scan application development software has fully equipped Blue Technology to offer complete boundary-scan test and programming solutions for either stand-alone or integrated test systems to existing users of JTAG Technologies production test equipment In recognition of the high demand for JTAG/boundary-scan test solutions for today's highly integrated digital designs, Blue Technology has invested in JTAG Technologies' family of boundary-scan development tools for the benefit of third parties in need of boundary-scan test and ISP (in-system programming) programs
