WinDriver and KernelDriver version 5.0 are the new generation of driver development tools from Jungo, offering hardware access and driver code generation capabilities through a rich API.
With this distribution, Jungo is also releasing GO-HotSwap version 5.04, an enhanced hot swap software solution for the CompactPCI high-availability market.
New USB features in version 5.04 include USB 2.0 support for Windows 2000 and Windows XP, and a specialised API for Cypress Semiconductor's EZ USB chipsets.
This customised API further accelerates the driver development process for Cypress customers.
Documentation supplements include a new comprehensive function reference of the WinDriver API, thereby affording easier implementation.
Enhancements in this latest version include enhanced debugging mechanisms, and enhancements to the USB API.
