The Simco Minion ionising air blower controls ESD at the benchtop in production areas and clean room situations.

The Simco Minion ionising air blower controls ESD at the benchtop in production areas and clean room situations.

The mains operated unit, which measures only 14 x 16 x 5.6cm, can cover a 0.3 x 1.3m area with ESD neutralising ions and has air volume outputs of 17 or 34ft3/min.

Using steady-state DC corona ion technology, the Minion is self-monitoring for consistent, reliable ion output and its radial emitter pin array design has a six-emitter configuration.

The unit draws air in from the back, sides and top.

An optional configuration, with a closed back, is suitable for applications where the ioniser has to be mounted flush against a wall.
