Kaisertech is launching several new products at Nepcon UK, including a low-cost manual rework system, a video-based inspection system, new fume-extraction units and production chemicals.

Hot bar bonder tackles many tasks

The SuperVision is a true autofocus system that is claimed to significantly increase productivity by allowing rapid examination of objects at varying magnifications.
Manual focus override provides complete control when examining a three-dimensional object at high magnification from 6X to 180X.
Digital soft-touch controls are conveniently located directly in front of the operator.
Multiple viewers can examine the same image at the same time and a high-resolution colour video display helps reduce eyestrain and fatigue.
The system also offers variable oblique angle viewing with an easy to use attachment.
As a master distributor for JBC soldering products Kaisertech is showing a range of these products whose key feature is four times usual tip life, which can mean tips cost savings of up to 75%.
Heat-up to working temperature is also very quick, taking only two seconds.
The range includes single and double soldering stations, hot tweezers, hot air soldering and desoldering equipment, rework stations for soldering and desoldering with hot air.
