The Kerry Pulsatron MKC ultrasonic cleaning bath has digital adjustment and display of time and temperature Typical applications for these bench top units, available in 6, 14 and 22 litre capacities, include production cleaning of products such as PCBs and extrusions, removal of oils, fluxes and general manufacturing residues, refurbishment of computer and photocopier components and many other general cleaning tasks

Ultrasonic cleaning is quicker and more effective than hand cleaning, spray washing and other mechanical means.

Furthermore the ultrasonic process provides a gentle scrubbing action that cleans objects quickly and thoroughly without damaging intricate mechanisms - even spectacles can be cleaned without harm.

The MKC units have membrane keypad controls and LCD displays for time and temperature.

Time can be set from 0.1 to 99.9min in 0.1min increments or constant for manual on/off switching.

Temperature may be set in a range from 20 to 80C in 1C increments.

All of the units' wetted parts are stainless steel and fail-safe protection against over heating and low liquid levels is provided.

Accessories such as lids and baskets are also available. Request a free brochure from Kaisertech ...
