Kaisertech can now supply a range of lead-free TopLine dummy components to enable electronic assembly trials without the cost of using real components.
Most formats are available including BGA, QFP, SOIC, SSOP, PLCC and others, as well as transistor, chip capacitor and chip resistor.
The TopLine range includes thousands of different dummy components and many types of practice kits to enable manufacturers to optimise SMD assembly processes, the lead free product meeting future requirements now that the ban on tin/lead solders has been confirmed.
Typical applications include machine evaluation, acceptance testing, solder training, temperature profiling, recertification, prototype designs and demonstrations.
Furthermore, free Gerber files are available to make solder paste stencils.
