Kaisertech offers two models: the Evo and the L-Cat.
The Evo has an x-y speed of 750mm/s and 100 programs with 100,000 points per program, whereas the L-Cat runs at up to 500mm/s and has 10 programs with 1000 points per program.
Both take 3kg payloads The compact systems incorporate irons and solder wire feeders.
The soldering heads, which have recovery temperature control for lower temperatures to eliminate thermal damage, are also available separately so that customers can build them into their own systems.
Integrated controllers are standard but PC software is an option.
The three sizes offered for both models cover x-y areas of 300 x 300, 400 x 300 and 500 x 400mm.
Nitrogen units for cleaning PCB surfaces, fume extractors and tip cleaners are offered as options. Request a free brochure from Kaisertech ...
