The most common applications are flexible foil or flat cable connections from PCB to LCD as found in consumer and automotive electronics, mobile phones, medical devices and other products.
The systems have a series of modules with different product handling features.
The basic unit uses a pulsed heat power supply, a pneumatic bonding head and a quick connect block.
All modules are mounted on an adjustable frame.
The basic unit can be upgraded with a left-right slide, a front-rear slide as well as a manual or pneumatic two-position index table.
