Kaisertech is launching its own-brand, benchtop vision inspection system on the HDSA stand at Productronica The system has been designed for visual inspection of printed circuit boards, components and other products

Its video camera has 25x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom and the item under inspection is displayed on a 15in flat screen monitor with the facility for video recording; a CRT monitor is optional.

Good field of vision ensures that reasonable sections of the item are viewed at any time, also making the unit well suited to training applications to pinpoint component faults.

The product placement table, which can be moved up and down, is 296 x 388mm and laser alignment ensure accurate location.

Automatic oblique viewing is provided for side inspection, and the oblique viewer also rotates through 360 degrees.

Controllable LED lighting gives the required product illumination.

Stainless steel construction is used throughout and the unit will operate on 230/240 or 100V supply systems.

Announcing this new product Kaisertech's Sales Director, David Sibley, said: "We have spent a lot of time developing this inspection unit, which is being launched as a mid-range system.

Ease of use was an important consideration and the unit is ready to go without the need for special training.

Also we have ensured that construction standard is high by specifying quality optics and stainless steel fabrication". Request a free brochure from Kaisertech ...
