New from Kane Computing is the RealDuplex hands-free solution, developed by Spirit Corp to provide core functionality for rapid development of popular hands-free speakerphone devices.

Thanks to the unique algorithms, the solution provides superb quality of echo cancellation in different environments, allowing users to constantly enjoy full-duplex conversation.

The software significantly shortens development time by encompassing all the building blocks necessary for designing full-duplex hands-free speakerphone devices and supports advanced echo suppression functionality in speakerphone mode.

RealDuplex hands-free solution building blocks are managed by a control software module through a simple convenient interface and comprise advanced acoustic echo cancelling, line echo cancelling, telephony signalling and interpolator functionality which provides seamless synchronisation between codecs.

Spirit's RealDuplex hands-free solution is available now in the form of object codes for TI's TMS320C54x, C54CST and C55x DSPs.
