Switching handbook aids test system integration
Keithley Instruments has published the latest edition of its switching handbook.
Keithley Instruments has published the latest edition of its switching handbook.
Now in its 4th edition, this handbook is an indispensable reference for ATE engineers, technicians, and integrators who need to maximise the performance of test systems.
This illustrated handbook provides information on terminology, relay types, instrumentation, switching topologies, and switch considerations by signal type.
Topics include: new switching techniques, hints, and tips drawn from real-world, customer-based applications; and detailed examples that illustrate how to design and assemble high-performance switching systems using Keithley's switching hardware.
The handbook, which is subtitled "A guide to signal switching in automated test systems", draws upon Keithley's leadership in switching technology.
It includes detailed discussions of the differing requirements for voltage, current, and resistance switching, as well as signals involving reactive loads, and RF and microwave switching.
