A test sequencer makes it easy to organise automated testing applications.
Built-in features include on-screen and disk logging, status display and pass/fail limit tests.
Also, time and date labelling of graphs in both local and GMT time simplifies the documentation process.
TestPoint 5.0 comes with instrument libraries for hundreds of popular IEEE488, RS232 and RS485 instruments, including Keithley's Series 2000 digital multimeters, Series 2400 SourceMeter instrument, and Series 2700 Integra mainframes and plug-in switch/control cards, as well as a variety of data acquisition boards.
