Taylor tackles regulatory compliance

She will be responsible for all the company's legal affairs and regulatory compliance matters, and will also serve as corporate secretary.
Taylor has more than 13 years of experience at public and private companies serving in various counsel capacities following five years of private practice at the law firm Jones Day.
She was most recently with Platinum Equity as Assistant General Counsel.
