the UK

The surveys are the culmination of data collected from more than 120,000 employees, in over 1000 companies across 15 EU countries.
Employees answered questions on every aspect of their workplace environment.

This has resulted in excellent ratings from its employees, which sees the company again listed for the second year in succession in the 50 best places to work in the UK".

The surveys were based on the "Great place to work" model, which was composed of a trust index questionnaire and a culture audit.
The trust index contained 53 questions principally focusing on the employees' pride in work and trust of management.
The confidentiality of the questionnaires was guaranteed with the employees mailing their responses directly to the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability, the UK research partner.
