IBM to support memory products

A new agreement with IBM Global Services will see IBM's engineers provide onsite support for Kingston Technology server and desktop memory products throughout EMEA.

Kingston Technology has enhanced its successful KingstonCare Programme by forming a partnership with IBM Global Services to offer Kingston Technology's valued customers the most comprehensive product support service.

Kingston Technology's agreement with IBM Global Services, will see IBM's engineers provide onsite support for Kingston Technology server and desktop memory products throughout EMEA.

The agreement will mean Kingston Technology's customers can be confident that in the unlikely occurrence of an issue with their server and desktop memory, it will be dealt with immediately by an IBM Global Services expert familiar with their system.

This will ensure minimum disruption to business activity.

The KingstonCare agreement provided by Kingston Technology and supported by IBM Global Services is a dedicated operational back up service to ensure total peace of mind.

KingstonCare is a premier service to Kingston Technology's customers which ensures that its service partners can provide on-site Kingston Technology memory replacement services at no extra cost to the customer.

Since its introduction into the UK in May 2002 the programme has recruited a number of high profile partners and has gone from strength to strength.

Some of the benefits include a free recovery service for all Kingston Technology server and workstation products, 24x7 telephone support, excellent response times and a product replacement service.
