More capacitance for MLCC ceramics
Kemet Corp has expanded its high capacitance MLCC ceramic portfolio with the introduction of a 47uF capacitance value in the 1210 EIA case size at a rated voltage of 6.3V.
Kemet Corp has expanded its high capacitance MLCC ceramic portfolio with the introduction of a 47uF capacitance value in the 1210 EIA case size at a rated voltage of 6.3V These miniaturised components are designed for decoupling and filtering for high density power supplies
Newest capacitance values are available in the X5R dielectric and in K (+/-10%) and M (+/-20%) tolerances.
All parts are environmentally friendly, in compliance with RoHS legislation.
