The Kontron CP601264 is offered with the 2.16GHz T7400 or the low-voltage 1.5GHz L7400 processor, delivering the industry's highest multi-core performance within the lowest power envelope.
Highly integrated, the Kontron CP601264 is designed with the latest interface technologies such as: PCI-Express, up to 4Gbyte/400MHz DDR2 SODIMM of main storage (6.4Gbyte/s throughput), four gigabit Ethernet interfaces, two SATA interfaces, and a maximum of four USB 2.0, two COM and VGA, and rear I/O-support.
The high performance requirements of communications applications are handled optimally by means of the four gigabit Ethernet interfaces (two for the backplane and two on the front) connected via PCI Express.
One of the two available SATA ports can be used for an onboard 2.5in SATA hard drive, with the additional support for an available CompactFlash socket completes the feature set.
There is room for customised expansions on an XMC (via PCI-Express) or alternatively a PMC-slot for mezzanine cards.
The Kontron CP601264 offers sufficient graphic performance (VGA/CRT 1600 x 1200 pixel with 85Hz) thanks to the ATI ES1000.
The CPU board is offered with either Linux, Windows XP, XP embedded, or Windows Server, and works in the system and peripheral slot, enabling effortless integration among scalable multi-CPU systems.
The Kontron CP601264 with Intel Core2 Duo processors will be in production by Q2 2007. Request a free brochure from Kontron UK ...
