The JetBox 8100 enables operators to visualise, monitor and control the operation of specific mining areas and facilities

Korenix' JetBox 8100 industrial communication computers are suitable for applications where low power consumption, ruggedness, compact size, Din-rail mounting and multiple interfaces are needed.

These applications include the mining, oil, gas and transportation industries.

With integrated HMI Scada monitoring system installed and touch panel attached, the JetBox 8100 enables operators to visualise, monitor and control the operation of specific mining areas and facilities by delivering the real-time information to the whole systems.

Through the Ethernet network, the control centre is able to monitor the IP surveillance video from the sites.

The readings of toxic gas detection or other environment sensors can be connected to the supervision station in real time.

The JetBox 8100 is an AMD Geode LX800 500MHz-based embedded computer.

Korenix provides a 120Gbyte HDD and 2Gbyte CF accessories with ready-to-use OS, supporting Linux or Windows CE.

The JetBox 8100 is also equipped with one RJ-45 port and supports daemons and web server services to accommodate Ethernet network communication.
