Compared with Mini-USB receptacles, the Kycon KMMX Series offers a more compact footprint that allows for greater space-saving solutions in portable devices.

The KMMX Series meets the USB Implementers Forum Specification, which supports the USB On-The-Go (OTG) supplement, allowing users the ease of portable point-to-point connectivity.

The series offers a Micro-B receptacle for standard devices, and a Micro-AB receptacle for OTG devices.

Both surface mount receptacles feature a stainless steel shell, which yields more than 10,000 insertion cycles for longer life and higher durability.

The result is a more reliable end-user product, earning customer satisfaction.
