Stereo jacks suit smaller portable
devices
Connectors have been developed to meet increasing market needs for higher performance in smaller size portable devices such as cellular phones and PDAs.
Kycon is turning up the volume on its stereo jack family with the addition of a 3.5mm-diameter vertical mount series - the STX-3680 and STX-3790 The new connectors have been developed to meet increasing market needs for higher performance in smaller size portable devices such as cellular phones and PDAs
Both the STX-3680 and STX-3790 series, which complies with EIA standards, are offered as a five-pole jack, and the STX-3680 is also available in a six-pole option.
Both series are available in select PC99 colour options and with a UL94V0-rated PBT thermoplastic body.
The entire line offers reliability from the quality control that Kycon imposes on all its products, and the end-user will hear the difference in the long-run.
