Labtech has developed a range of low cost, drop-in style and SMD thin dielectric material modules comprising organic substrates on metal carriers with a bonded cover.

Specialist high technology UK company Labtech has developed a range of low cost, drop-in style and SMD TDM (thin dielectric material) modules comprising organic substrates on metal carriers with a bonded cover The versatile company is using its TDM technology and design expertise to supply these low cost modules for a wide range of applications

The new LMG000 Series of TDM modules joins Labtech's family of gain modules and have PHEMT single and double stages operating over frequency range 2-18GHz.

The company, which has centres of manufacturing excellence in Presteigne and Milton Keynes, has design capabilities that cover a wide range of modules including MMIC or PIN switches, VCOs, detectors and variable attenuators.

It is able to offer customers gain modules up to 30dB with temperature compensation if required.
