General-purpose power supplies boost efficiency
The LS50, LS75 and LS100 have 88 to 264V AC inputs, while the LS150 is switch-selectable for 115 or 230V AC, minimising the cost.
Power supplies cater for short-term peaks
Units provide a very cost and space efficient solution compared with oversizing conventional power supplies just to handle the peak current.
The CPCI175 is equipped with four outputs: +3.3V, +5V and +/-12V all protected against overload and short circuit.
Built-in ORing diodes together with active current share capability make it ideal for N+1 redundancy applications.
Any number of units can be operated in parallel via the main +5V output, sharing current to within 10%.
Load regulation is +/-3%, line regulation +/-1%.
Ripple and noise is <50mV max, peak-to-peak, DC to 200MHz for all outputs.
The new power supply carries all the necessary safety approvals including UL1950, CSA No 950 and EN609650, to enable it to be used throughout the world.
It is also approved to EN55022 Class A for radiated and conducted EMI and EN50082-2 for noise immunity and surge protection.
The new 175W power supplies can be supplied with either the latest 47-pin input/output connector as defined by the PICMG2.11 specification or a standard DIN M connector.
The new supply is built using very high quality components ensuring the highest levels of reliability.
The 100kHz switching unit has a MTBF of 50,000hrs and comes complete with a one-year warranty. Request a free brochure from Lambda ...
