Power supplies minimise waste heat
The GEN60-40, GEN150-16 and GEN600-4 models achieve 88% efficiency at 200V AC, while the GEN8-300's efficiency is rated at 84%.
General-purpose power supplies boost efficiency
The LS50, LS75 and LS100 have 88 to 264V AC inputs, while the LS150 is switch-selectable for 115 or 230V AC, minimising the cost.
Incorporating patented low loss MOSFET synchronous rectification technology and benefiting from planar magnetics construction, TDK Innoveta convertors are ideally suited for use in distributed power and telecom applications, including ATCA.
All models in the range offer high power density, easy thermal management and full RoHS compliance, as well as a choice of input voltages and wide range output trimming to provide maximum versatility.
To complement the Innoveta range of surface mount, point of load convertors, with an industry leading efficiency of typically 95%, a range of bus convertors with input/output divide by four conversion ratio are available.
Pico-brick convertors in the Innoveta range, that measure just 30.5 x 29.3 x 8.1mm, can deliver their full output power at temperatures up to 70C and are available with outputs from 1.2 to 18V.
Sixteenth-brick types, rated at 75W, provide more usable power than many eighth-brick designs and are offered with outputs from 1.2 to 12V.
While eighth-brick Innoveta convertors, which can be supplied with outputs from 1.2 to 28V, deliver the same output power as conventional quarter-brick models, yet occupy only 40% of the space.
For applications requiring even more power, Lambda offers quarter-, half- and full-brick models, with output powers up to 300, 450 and 700W, respectively.
Available output voltages are 1.2 to 35V for quarter-brick types, 1.2 to 28V for half-brick types and 12 to 30V for full-brick types.
Input voltage ranges depend on the model of the convertor, but most types are available in versions which can operate from any DC supply in the range 36 to 75V.
A wide range of alternative input options are available for specific models. Request a free brochure from Lambda ...
