Seameless switch meets demands of shrinking world
EAO meets the demands of a shrinking world, enabling the series 61 E-Stop to be integrated into compact control panels, mosaic panels, and a wide range of machinery and process control equipement.
Ideal for applications where commercial grade components are not suitable, the ML2030E is packaged in a clear chromate finished body and has a black anodised front bezel.
An EMI screen is included as a standard feature.
The panel seal is accomplished by means of a one-piece aluminium housing and bezel with a flour silicone O-ring.
The dual finish case provides a conductive surface for EMI protection and a black finish for integration into the surface of a panel.
The terminals can be either straight leads or solder loops although wire leads and connectors can be added in custom configurations.
Standard display colours are red, yellow, and green with the option of a diffused or nondiffused output.
Other colours are available including bicolour LEDs, as well as NVIS compatible, sunlight readable, and IR-secure filtering to meet aerospace and military specifications.
Environmental specifications include test and verification for vibration, shock, humidity, altitude, and salt spray consistent with military, aerospace, and other high-reliability applications.
The ML2030E is also designed to operate in a wide temperature range of -55 to +100C (-20 to +100C for green).
Standard configurations of the ML2030E are available for approximately $20 with lead-time of six weeks after receipt of order.
Consult the factory for price and lead-time of custom configurations.
