As part of the expansion of its automotive business, LEM has appointed Didier J Baltus as Business Unit Manager for LEM Automotive.

As part of the expansion of its automotive business, LEM has appointed Didier J Baltus as Business Unit Manager for LEM Automotive Baltus comes to LEM with a broad background in the automotive business worldwide

He obtained his Masters in economics from Institut Cooremans in Brussels, Belgium.

His professional career started with Alusuisse in technical sales, followed by management positions with the Norsk Hydro, including a General Manager position in charge of setting up a manufacturing unit in the USA.

Baltus will focus on accelerating the development of LEM's current automotive projects worldwide and strengthening the impressive automotive expertise already present in LEM's team.

LEM's current-measuring solutions address a wide range of automotive applications, including electronic power steering, battery management, drives in electric vehicles, catalyst systems for diesel engines, probes for production lines and garages, and efficiency analysis for electric and hybrid vehicles.
