A new range of inline rotary waveguide joints are designed for use with rotating dish antennas in satellite communications uplink and earth station applications.

The rotary joints are available in a variety of sizes for applications in the C, X and J frequency bands, and they can be specified with or without mounting flanges.

Capable of handling a transmitted power in excess of 200W, the joints are precision engineered to ensure a typical maximum insertion loss of only 0.2dB and a typical VSWR of 1.5.

The new rotary waveguide joints are manufactured to the highest standards under Link Microtek's BS EN ISO9001:2000 company-wide quality management system.
