Now available from Link Microtek is a new range of low-cost, plastic-packaged MMIC voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) that feature a high level of integrated functionality.
The new devices can be used as power dividers or combiners and are available in two-, three-, four- or six-way models, with either N-type connectors (3372 series) or SMA-type connectors (4372 series).
As well as offering a high isolation of typically 26dB, the power dividers feature low insertion losses, with values specified from 0.3 to 1.0dB depending on the model.
Maximum phase balance ranges from 3 degrees for the two-way models to 10 degrees for the six-way models, and amplitude balance varies between 0.2 and 0.7dB.
