Link Microtek's new delay lines are manufactured from semi-rigid cable and have a tinned copper outer, a copper-silver plated steel inner and a PTFE di-electric.

Link Microtek has released wound delay lines suitable for applications over a frequency range of 30kHz to 2GHz The new delay lines are manufactured from semi-rigid cable and have a tinned copper outer, a copper-silver plated steel inner and a PTFE di-electric

They are available in connectorised form or with ends prepared for PCB mounting.

Featuring a 50ohm impedance, the delay lines offer typical specifications of 11.64 +/- 0.02ns for a length of 2427mm and 1.5 +/- 0.01ns for a length of 305mm.

The delay lines are suitable for applications in areas such as test and measurement, mobile-phone base stations and radar systems.

All Link delay lines can be customised to suit individual requirements for specific lengths and connector types and they can also be supplied with aluminium bobbins.
