Greases enhance thermal reliability
T-grease high performance thermal greases help cool thermally stressed components in the most demanding electronics applications.
Available from Laird Technologies, T-grease high performance thermal greases will help cool thermally stressed components in today's most demanding electronics applications In filling gaps and pores between electronic components and their substrates (such as heatsinks), to enable efficient heat removal, Laird Technologies' thermal greases provide high thermal conductivities, minimum bondline thicknesses and superior surface wetting

Form-in-place gaskets shut out interference
Altocad is a fully automated form-in-place technology from Laird Technologies that provides large (or small) quantities of EMI gaskets at reasonable cost.
This combination has established industry-leading low thermal resistances, enabling electronics designers to provide superior performance products with high power densities, yet which are, at the same time, highly compact.
Thermal greases also have an advantage in being simple and easy to apply.
Laird Technologies T-grease thermal greases have been designed to provide outstanding reliability.

Shields screen EMI onboard
A new line of PC board shields allows electronic components to be shielded from the unwanted effects of EMI on the PCBs themselves.
Moreover, they do not dry out or pump-out (migrate), and they have remained stable through all industry standard reliability testing.
Additionally, these thermal greases have viscosities ideal for screen-printing application, and stencil processing is optimised.
Finally, these thermal greases are environmentally friendly, meeting all regulatory provisions, including the RoHS Directive.
There are many applications for Laird Technologies' thermal greases.
They include CPUs for desktop and notebook computers, as well as servers, GPUs (graphics chip), plus chipsets and power components that do not require electrical isolation.
The products themselves include T-grease 880 - an ultra-low-thermal-resistance silicone-based product, designed to meet the thermal, reliability and price requirements of high end CPUs, GPUs and custom ASICs chips.
T-grease 880 also features superior wetting properties compared with competitors' greases, and it fills the microscopic irregularities of the components it contacts, resulting in very low thermal resistance.
In addition, T-grease 2500 is a silicone-free thermal grease for applications where environmental restrictions limit the use of silicone.
This grease provides comparable low thermal resistance to silicone-based thermal greases.
With a high thermal conductivity of 3.8W/mK, the product thoroughly wets thermal surfaces to create a very low thermal resistance.
It also eliminates migration issues of silicone-based grease to create superior reliability.
T-grease 2500 has been designed for situations where automatic dispensing and screen printing are required.
It is nontoxic and environmentally safe, and is ideal for many high performance CPU and GPU applications.
