New and exclusive to Logic Electronic Components is the cost-effective JO75 series of SMD oscillators from HC Jauch.
The JO75 measures 7.5 x 5 x 1.4mm in a metal lid with ceramic base package and is available in frequency range 1.8432 to 125.00MHz with tristate function.
This product comes with frequency stability of +/-25/50 and 100ppm as standard and with current consumption of 12mA at 3.3V for the lower end of the frequency rising to 40mA for the top end (18 to 80mA at 5V).
Output load is 15pF or 10LSTTL, with rise and fall times typically less than 6 and 5ns at 3.3 and 5V, respectively.
Operating temperature is -10 to +70C with storage temperature at -55 to +125C.
The product is designed for surface mounting, and comes on taped and reeled packages of 1000 pieces.
