Available now from Logic Electronic Components is the latest Jauch Quartz VCXO (voltage controlled crystal oscillator) in a half-size DIP 8 package.
Available now from Logic Electronic Components is the latest Jauch Quartz VCXO (voltage controlled crystal oscillator) in a half-size DIP 8 package Devices are available in frequencies ranging from 1 to 125MHz for 3.3V operation and 1 to 160MHz at 5.0V
Overall frequency stability can be specified at either +/-25 or +/-50ppm with the minimum frequency pulling range of +/-50 to 100 or 150ppm.
With rise and fall time less than 6ns and typical symmetry of 55/45 the stability of the VCXO is ideal for such applications as set top boxes where a typical frequency is 27.00MHz.
Current consumption on both 3.3 and 5.0V devices is excellent with maximum consumption levels for frequencies within the range 80-125MHz less than 40mA (3.3V) and for frequencies 46-160MHz at less than 50mA (5.0V).
