The VX7 can be programmed for 3, 3.3V or 5V applications and with a frequency stability of +/-50 or +/-100ppm.
Standard operating temperature range is -20 to +75C, with -40 to +85C as an option for industrial and automotive applications.
The device features a PLL-IC design which incorporates a EEPROM and allows unlimited reprogramming.
Frequency jitter for the VX7 is much lower than other types of programmable oscillators.
For example, at 106.25MHz the maximum RMS jitter value is 27ps, together with a rise and fall time of less than 1ns.
The VX7 series is housed in the industry standard 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.6mm ceramic package and is glass sealed.
