New from Logic Electronic Components is the NIC NTC-L series of low-ESR tantalum chip capacitors.
New from Logic Electronic Components is the NIC NTC-L series of low-ESR tantalum chip capacitors.
The capacitors come in values from 10 to 220uF in voltages from 6.3 to 35V DC.
ESR at 100kHz is as low as 0.1ohm.
Ripple current ratings range from 370 to 1100mA in EIA case sizes B, C, and D.
Operating temperature range is -55 to +85C.
