Compact packaging for PECL VCXO
Jauch Quartz has introduced a PECL (positive emitter coupled logic) VCXO with frequency ranges from 12 to 700MHz and housed in a six-pin ceramic/metal type package measuring only 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8mm.
Jauch Quartz has introduced a PECL (positive emitter coupled logic) VCXO with frequency ranges from 12 to 700MHz and housed in a six-pin ceramic/metal type package measuring only 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8mm Frequency stability is available as +/-25 or +/-50ppm, with maximum current consumption of 120mA
Operating voltage is 3.3V (+/-5%) and typical rise and fall time is 0.5-1.5ns (20-80% Vp-p).
Frequency pulling range is +/-80ppm or +/-150ppm (optional).
Output voltage low is +1.7V and output voltage high is +2.2V, and the operating temperature is -10 to +70C.
All products come taped and reeled (500 per reel) Applications include Ethernet, Sonet and W-CDMA.
