Advantest joins LogicVision Ready
Partner Program

Embedded test enables more efficient design and manufacture of complex semiconductors, and is an important step toward enabling SoC test.
LogicVision established the LogicVision Ready Partner Program to provide mutual customers of LogicVision and its LogicVision Ready Partners with embedded test solutions for test and diagnostic of complex ASICs and SoCs.
Advantest is the latest test systems manufacturer to join LogicVision's Partner Program.
Existing members include Teradyne, Credence, LTX and Kinetix Test Systems.
