Many foams become stiff at cold temperatures and will "take a set" at elevated temperatures MagniFoam silicone foam rubbers are available for insulating and cushioning electronic assemblies.

MagniFoam silicone rubber exhibits a desirable list of characteristics including, superb chemical resistance, high and low temperature performance, inherent flame resistance without the use of FR additives, good thermal and electrical resistance, long-term resiliency, and easy fabrication.

Available in sheet or block stock, rolls, fabricated flat or 3D gaskets with or without pressure sensitive adhesive, MagniFoam meets UL94V0 at 1.5mm thick and offers full RoHS compliance.
