Lorlin Electronics has released a DSL high-security mains lock switch with a nonlatching spring-return action, intended for safety and security applications or where control by authorised users only is essential The spring-return action is particularly useful for control or reset functions of electronic or electrical equipment or machinery that must not be left unattended during operation

The DSL-SR lock switch has a rugged design, is simple to mount and RoHS-compliant and is mounted to the panel from the front.
The high-security key is a dimpled design, which operates a six-pin lock with a 90 degree movement and the key may be inserted into the lock either way up.
Over 15,000 key combinations are available with options of all different keys or common "pass" keys for applications requiring single-key control of multiple secure systems by supervisors or service engineers.
The DSL-SR lock switch is rated at 115V AC/5A and 30V DC/3A over an operating life of over 10,000 cycles.
The two-pole change over micro-switch has an operating temperature range of - 25 to +85C and is flame retardant to UL94 V0.
Connection is made via plated brass solder terminals.
The lock housing is brass and may be supplied bright chrome or nickel-plated with a parallel-sided lock head.
