Low Power Radio Solutions has been appointed as the UK consultant for Microchip.

Low Power Radio Solutions has been appointed as the UK consultant for Microchip Wireless applications are a fast growing application area for Microchip's products and LPRS has been selling RF components since 1994

The company now offers the widest selection of licence exempt transmitters, receivers and transceivers available from one supplier - worldwide.

Consultants appointed to the Microchip Consultant Programme are required to have a wide range of expertise and capabilities.

Microchip is very selective about who participates in its programme, and is proud of the cumulative capabilities of its member consultants.

Microchip regional field applications engineers sponsor applications into the Microchip Consultant Programme and a corporate committee meets on a regular basis to review consultant applications.

Consultants have to have extensive experience designing with Microchip microcontroller products, are able to write application notes and/or technical documents in support of their designs, and conduct their business in a thorough and professional manner.

Steve Daiper, Microchip Field Applications Engineer for the UK and Ireland commented: "Having worked with the team at Low Power Radio Solutions for a number of years now, we are very pleased to recommend LPRS and to welcome them to the Microchip Consultant Programme.

Their PIC expertise and their extensive experience in radio link design are a very welcome addition to the programme".

"Being appointed as a Microchip consultant is an important step for us and adds to our world leading position as wireless solution suppliers", says Barry Gillibrand, Managing Director of LPRS.

"We have gained a tremendous knowledge of Microchip components using them ourselves in our Easy Radio product range.

We can now offer this expertise to anyone wishing to design Microchip PICs into their own systems". Request free introductory details about products from Low Power Radio Solutions ...
