The antenna can often be the weakest link in any wireless system.
A good antenna will almost certainly improve range performance and these antennas have been carefully selected so that users can achieve the optimum range performance from the LPRS easy-Radio range of radio modules.
Designed for use in low power radio systems models are available to operate at frequencies of 434MHz, 868MHz and 2.5GHz.
Straight, right angle and universal mounting types may be specified with industry standard SMA connectors.
These omnidirectional antennas have a return loss of -17dB or less, SWR value of 1.7 and an insulation resistance of 500Mohm at 500V.
To survive industrial environments all models are tested to survive drop down with 100g, pulling tests of 6.8kg for 3s between sleeve and cap and connector and sleeve, and 1min between coaxial wire and connector.
Operating temperature range is -30 to +75C and they are vibration tested at 1000 cycles per minute for 5min at +/-5deg of their axis original position.
LPRS Managing Director, Barry Gillibrand, comments: "We have spent many months searching for a range of antennas we feel confident to sell alongside our other wireless products".
"These antennas offer great value for money and will stand up to the uses our customers put them to".
"We are happy to be able to respond to requests from our customers to provide one-stop shopping for all their wireless needs". Request a free brochure from Low Power Radio Solutions ...
