French acquisition expands laser support
Laser Components has acquired the remaining shares of Optophotonics, creating a wholly owned French subsidiary company.
In a move to strengthen its position on the French market, Germany-based Laser Components has acquired the remaining shares of Optophotonics, making it a wholly owned subsidiary To profit from a unified corporate appearance the company has changed its name to Laser Components
