InGaAs detectors cover a wide range
Judson's extensive range of InGaAs detectors is available in the UK from Laser Components.
In the past few years, Judson has developed into a company with quite possibly the widest range of InGaAs detectors, and because of their high quality and competitive prices, the number of customers continues to rise The standard J22 series is now available in the UK from Laser components with active areas from 40um to 5mm
Furthermore, there are four extended InGaAs detector versions of the J23 series with edge lengths of 1.9, 2.2, 2.4 and 2.6um.
The J23 series has active areas from 250um to 3mm.
Both J22 and J23 series are available with Peltier coolers.
The operating temperature of the detectors ranges from 55 to +60C.
Raw chips are also available.
