through

Cured polymer compound fully meets the requirements for radio opacity needed in medical devices and similar applications.

Master Bond Polymer System EP21BAS is a radio-opaque two-component epoxy compound that cures readily at ambient or more quickly at elevated temperatures This epoxy polymer system features outstanding physical and chemical properties

A user friendly one-to-one mix ratio by weight or volume facilitates processing.

Additionally, EP21BAS has the unusual characteristic of being able to adjust the properties of the cured system by altering the mix ratio.

EP21BAS produces high-strength durable bonds, seals, coatings and castings which hold up well to thermal cycling and resist many chemicals including water, oils, fuels, acids, bases and salts.

It is serviceable over the wide temperature range of -50 to +120C.

It adheres well to a variety of substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, wood, rubber and many plastics.

Once cured, EP21BAS is an excellent electrical insulator.

This versatile system is widely applicable in electronics, electrical, optoelectronics and medical device industries.

The cured polymer compound fully meets the requirements for radio opacity needed in medical devices and similar applications.
