Now available from OptoSource is a series of super-compact high-intensity Surface-mount LEDs.
Now available from OptoSource is a series of super-compact high-intensity Surface-mount LEDs Measuring just 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.8mm, the 120154 series LEDs are available in blue, green and turquoise, with luminous intensities of 44, 148 and 100mcd, respectively, at 20mA
Manufactured by Toyoda Gosei, these new LEDs deliver consistent colour representation, making them ideally suited for backlighting applications such as mobile phones, car dashboards and watches, where their small size is also of great benefit.
A further feature is their low power consumption of 20mA which makes them ideal for battery powered applications.
Of a consistently high quality, these super-compact high-intensity chip LEDs are available ex-stock in four distinct 5nm wavelength bands for each colour.
They are ideal for use in high-volume production processing.
