Explains Sales Director, Gary Ashburner: "If you have a large volume requirement for an LED shaped like a doughnut, GLI can make it." Global Light Industries manufactures LEDs using a unique injection-moulding process that gives complete control over the shape and quality of the LED.

This results in precise viewing angles, a totally flat base to the LED and the ability to manufacture custom LED shapes to suit individual applications.

OptoSource can call on the expertise of its parent company, Marl International, which offers a wide range of LEDs packaged into PCB mount products, lamps and indicators, as well as custom LED products.
