Relay gives impressive performance for its size
With a width of just 5mm the slim-line PA relay now switches an impressive 5A @ 250VAC (previously 3A @ 250VAC)
The GK relays are exclusively available in an SMD package for ease of assembly.
Considering its diminutive size, the GK offers formidable surge-withstand characteristics of 2500V RMS contact to coil.
With a contact rating of 300mA at 30V DC the relay is only intended for signal routing while mounted in high-density applications.
This high-density mounting has been possible thanks to a highly efficient magnetic circuit design keeping magnetic flux leakage to a minimum.
The coil consumption is only 110mW for the mono-stable and the GK is also available in a latching coil configuration with momentary power consumption of just 85mW.
The GK relay is available in a choice of operating voltages from 1.5 to 12V DC in all the usual increments.
The relay is suitable for use in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 to +85C.
The GK is appropriate for applications including measurement equipment, communication equipment and also telephone exchange and transmission equipment.
