Miniature power relay is sealed to IP67

Compact 10A PCB-mounting power relay is available in both single side stable and latching coil types.

The DY relay from Panasonic Electric Works is a compact 10A PCB-mounting 20 x 15 x 9.7mm, miniature power relay.

With a low power consumption of 200mW, it is available in both single side stable and latching coil types.

With a lead- and cadmium-free contact material, options for the contact arrangements are a 1 Form A or normally open (10A 250V AC) and 1 Form A, 1 Form B or 1 normally open, 1 normally closed (8A 250V AC).

This relay has minimum mechanical switching life of 50 million operations.

The high breakdown voltage of 4000V RMS between contacts and 1000V RMS between open contacts meets FCC standards.

The DY relay is sealed to IP67 standards, which means full protection against ingress of dust and a capability to be immersed up to 30 minutes in 1m of water.

There is also a compatible socket available for this relay.

Typical applications for the DY relay are control for industrial machines such as machine tools and robotics, and as output relays for temperature controllers, PLCs, timers and sensors, measuring equipment and security equipment.
