Pulse generators simulate real-world
switching
Programmable pulse generators are designed to simulate and analyse real-world switching, response or reflection times.
Programmable pulse generators available in the UK from Metrix Electronics are designed to simulate and analyse real-world switching, response or reflection times The OR-X 550 single and 551 dual-channel models feature pulse repetition periods down to 20ns (50MHz)

Probes are safer - in the main(s)
Gossen, Muller and Weigert differential probes are designed to provide safe connections for oscilloscopes in single and three-phase mains voltage applications.
Their pulsewidths are variable from 10ns to 10s and delays from 0ns to 10s, with six-digit resolution.
Pulse rise and fall transitions can be programmed from 5ns to 10ms.
Single, complementary or double pulses can be generated in continuous, triggered, gated and counted burst modes.
Output pulse amplitudes are from 0.5 to 10V peak-peak into 50ohm loads.
Predefined CMOS, TTL and ECL output levels are selectable to test semiconductors.
Built-in memories enable 99 setups to be stored and recalled.
Both models include an IEEE488.2 SCPI compatible remote control interface to integrate with ATE systems.
Adapter kits are available to rack mount the bench instrument cases.
