Memory Plus, the Swindon (UK) based independent provider of upgrade solutions, has been acquired by the existing management team from its parent company Torridon plc.

Memory Plus, the Swindon (UK) based independent provider of upgrade solutions, has been acquired by the existing management team from its parent company Torridon plc The team, led by Jon Blows, have acquired the business for a consideration of GBP 0.8 million in cash, in a "friendly" management buyout

The transaction has been underwritten by Euro Sales Finance (ESF) plc, the leading independent European provider of sales finance solutions to growth-led multinational enterprises.

The business will remain focused on the core competency of upgrade solutions with complimentary products being added over the coming months.

Jon Blows, Managing Director said "This is the culmination of five months work for the management team and heralds a very exciting time for the customers and staff of Memory Plus.

We recognise the contribution that Torridon has made to growth of our business and wish them well in pursuit of their new business model".
