Memory Plus, the Swindon (UK) based independent provider of upgrade solutions, has been acquired by the existing management team from its parent company Torridon plc.

Memory Plus has launched the Origin memory brand, which encompasses all memory solutions that are not sold for a specific target application and are supplied in OEM volumes.
The transaction has been underwritten by Euro Sales Finance (ESF) plc, the leading independent European provider of sales finance solutions to growth-led multinational enterprises.
The business will remain focused on the core competency of upgrade solutions with complimentary products being added over the coming months.
