MCL's MT3400 outdoor TWT amplifier has established itself as a reliable, rugged, and economical solution for satellite uplink applications.
Since its introduction to the satcom market in 2002, there are currently over 1300 MT3400s operating in the field worldwide.
This medium power TWTA is available for C, X, or Ku-band applications at 400W, or DBS-Band applications at 270W.
Some of the MT3400's features include rugged construction for extreme environments, software communications configuration for both remote and computer interfaces, continuous attenuator adjustment shown in desibels, auto power control and status, and much more.
The MT3400 can also be customised to include such options as an internal L-band block upconvertor, an internal lineariser, or a handheld or remote controller.
Redundancy can be achieved through 1:1, 1:2, or phase combined systems.
